Najmi622 offers a replacement guarantee only

Please take an opening video while opening the parcel.
If the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced.

For customised case: Send us a video of issue you are facing on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number. We will then send a replacement of your cover.

For non customised case: We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. Najmi622 will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.

We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.

We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be accurate The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the colour of the product look slightly different.

Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund, up to 3 hours after the date and time of the order.

Cancellations after 3 hours will not be accepted. You can do this by raising a query from the Contact Us page.
